Only the side I am working on at the time needs to be exposed however if you are dealing with self esteem and confidence issues, not having the towel during the massage may be that 1st tiny step you need to help you feel happy in your own skin again promoting body positivity. I must stress that this is not a naturist massage as you do not need to be fully undressed due to the area that is worked on during this session.
